After two years of being one of the cutest couples in Hollywood, Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez are finally engaged! A-Rod proposed to J-Lo in the evening on the beach while the two were vacationing together in the Bahamas. A professional photographer was there to capture the special moment, and that includes images of the breathtaking engagement ring Rodriguez chose.
Over a little more than the last two years, fans have raptly payed attention to anything having to do with J-Lo and A-Rod. The couple are not only adorable together, but highly supportive of one another. They’ve been living together for a while now with their four children. Lopez has twins, Max and Emme, from her marriage to Marc Anthony, while Rodriquez has two daughters, Natasha and Elle, from his previous marriage.

All four kids are already best friends
A quick look at either Alex Rodriguez’s or Jennifer Lopez’s Instagram accounts will reveal plenty of pictures of their adorable blended family. By the looks of things, all four children are already best friends. They’ve been pictures just curling up on a chair together, playing music, having dance rehearsals, decorating the Christmas tree, and just generally hanging out.
A source close to the couple confirmed what the world already believed to be true. “The kids are amazing together. And they have wanted Jennifer and Alex to get married for a long time.” The source went on to add that the children “will all definitely be a huge part of the wedding.”
Jennifer Lopez had talked to People Magazine previously about just how well their blended families get along. “I was so loving to his kids and he was so loving and accepting of mine, and they embraced each other right away. [The kids thought] ‘I get a new bonus brother and sisters to hang out with all the time’ and it’s nice.”
The kids cooperate well together
It would appear that all four children know the value of teamwork, as the world saw when Jennifer Lopez posted an image this past Christmas of the children decorating their enormous tree together. Max and Emme are even sharing a ladder together while Ella stands nearby, so that all three children can tackle a different height.
The three girls take dance together
Natasha, Ella, and Emme all take dance together. Images were released of all three girls posing in their dance outfits. Obviously, they’re taking after Jennifer Lopez, whether they’re hers biologically or not, because the girls don’t only dance. They’re also musically inclined, which people saw when Lopez posted an image of all three girls working together to perform a song on the ukulele.
All four kids were part of J-Lo’s birthday celebration
This past July, the beautiful triple threat celebrated her 49th birthday. To mark the special occasion, she chose to take a trip to the Bahamas with Alex Rodriguez and all four of their children. They posed for pictures (of course), where the children all look ecstatic to be together.

Not only do they appear happy, but the all of the images of the kids appear to be very natural. The children stand close to one another, which is usually an indicator that things are truly going as well as they seem.
