Gwyneth Paltrow has shared her list of favourite vibrators to aid anyone looking to spice up their coronavirus self-isolation quarantine over the coming weeks.
The 47-year-old Hollywood star famously advises women on matters of the body, spirit and mind via her health and wellness brand Goop – which has included past advice such as vaginal steaming and using sex dust to increase libido.
With couples and singletons around the world locking themselves away amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Gwynnie has shared her top vibrators for helping with intimacy in these uncertain times.
The latest Goop bulletin was sent out as the weekend kicked off – with an article from the Goop website titled ‘The best vibrators for solo pleasure and partner play’ at the top of the newsletter.

The list includes a £121 sex toy model from Nova called We-Vibe which is highlighted for being “bath-friendly”, and a £162 model called The Womanizer from a company of the same name which uses air pressure to provide pleasure.
Gwyneth’s recommendations come just days after she and husband Brad Falchuk quizzed intimacy expert Michaela Bohm for tips on lovemaking amid a pandemic.
Michaela explained that many women may be experiencing a dip in libido due to the stress created by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Most women I’ve talked to are not feeling very sexual… the female body when put under stress goes into survival mode,” the expert said.
“Food, comfort and eating sweets to up the body fat; most women are reporting these are the things they want to do. They don’t want so much pleasure,” she continued.
“Opening to pleasure leads to all others sorts of emotions. It’s fairly normal for women to have emotional response in the context of sexual pleasure and orgasm, crying, even anger things like that,” Michaela added.

In her video chat with Michaela, Gwyneth hinted that she and Brad were experiencing intimacy issues as a result of quarantining alongside the actress’s children, Apple and Moses, from her prior marriage to Coldplay star Chris Martin.
“As a couple it’s sort of like, ‘Where do you go as a couple when you’re all in the house and you’ve got dogs, and work, and work from home’,” the actress pondered.
“It’s like, What are you supposed to do?’” she added.
