- Madison Prewett is spilling the tea on how she felt when she found out Peter Weber and Kelley Flanagan were together in Chicago.
- Madison also alleges that Peter texted asking for her back just two days before he reunited with Kelley.
How foolish were we to think the drama of Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor would wrap up in a tiny bow with the season finale? (Okay, maybe that was just me, LOL.) Despite show ending a whole month ago, the bombshells just keep coming—this time courtesy of Madison Prewett, who claims Peter was trying to get back with her just two (2) whole days before he was spotted reuniting with Kelley Flanagan in Chicago. Grab a cup of tea, because this is truly interesting!
Madison hopped on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s podcast, Off the Vine and revealed that before this all started—”this” meaning Kelley and Peter’s kinda sort-relationship and Madison’s recent shade towards them—she and Kelley were actually really good friends on the show…you know, despite competing to win the affections of the same guy.

“We were best friends, actually. We were inseparable throughout the entire process,” Madison said. “I was definitely hurt and thrown off by that whole situation. I want the best for the both of them, but I definitely was thrown off.”
But here’s where things start to get sketchy: Madison said that Peter was allegedly texting her and asking her to get back with him literally two days before he was spotted in Chicago with Kelley. Not jumping to conclusions here, but it sure sounds possible that there could’ve been overlap with Peter talking to Madison and Kelley.
“He was, like, calling me and texting me being like, ‘I miss you, let’s get back together,’” Madison revealed. “I mean, I think that to me was a little confusing, but I think, like, when you breakup and you’re going through a heartbreak and you just came off a show that was emotionally, physically and very which way exhausting, everybody handles that differently. Everybody leans on different things.”
After news of Peter and Kelley’s maybe-fling started making the rounds on the internet, Peter reached out to Madison again to inform her of what was going on with Kelley. Given the fact that Madison considered Kelley to be such a close friend of hers, she found Peter’s actions to be hurtful and told him she was over his nonsense.
“He had texted me two days before. And [then] he texted me after it had been out for a couple days. He sent me this long, long text, kind of explaining himself, but not really. Just kind of sharing the current situation or whatever,” Madison said. “I was very kind back, I was just like, ‘Look, this doesn’t affect anything for me, like, we went our separate ways, it’s not like I lost something here.’ I guess, but I told him kind of what I’m saying. What I’m confused about Peter is two days ago you were telling me how much you loved me and wanted to get back together and now you’re with the one person that was my best friend. It just feels a little hurtful.”
Oh, and let’s not forget the fact that the photos of Peter and Kelley hanging in Chicago came out on Madison’s birthday.
“It kind of felt like it was a jab at me to do that on my birthday and to not even like reach out or anything,” she concluded. “But again, I say this genuinely meaning it, I saw something special in Kelley, that’s why she was my best friend. I saw something special in Peter, that’s why I loved him and wanted to fight so hard to make the relationship work. So they’re obviously both incredible and special people.”
So uh…something tells me that a Madison, Peter, and Kelley reunion will not be in anyone’s future. The drama of it all!
