‘The Bachelorette’: How Does Hannah Brown Feel About Jed Wyatt Coming Onto the Show to Promote His Music? – Showbiz Cheat Sheet

Men come onto The Bachelorette for many different reasons. For some, it’s to find love. But when you go on a show like that, you pretty much receive instant fame. And for many men, that notoriety is more important than finding the one.

For this reason, fans are always wary of certain types of men on the show. Men who come on The Bachelorette with a catchphrase like the Waboom guy from Rachel Lindsay’s season and people who claim to be models like Jordan Kimball from Becca Kufrin’s season definitely raise a few eyebrows. But no men send off as many red flags as those who are musicians or performers of some type.

So when Jed Wyatt revealed that he was a singer, a number of alarms went off with fans. But did those same warning bells ring for Hannah Brown?

Did Wyatt come on the show to promote his music?

Wyatt did initially come on the show to promote his music. But, instead of hiding that fact and getting closer to Brown under false pretenses, Wyatt came clean and told the former beauty queen about his intentions.

On last week’s episode of the show, the two went on a one-on-one date. During the night portion of the date, Wyatt came clean.

“Music is my passion. I want it more than anything in this world,” he told Brown.

“When I signed up for the show, I was skeptical… my first thought was, ‘This is a huge platform,’” he said. “I came in with that mindset.”

“Now, more than anything, I want to be with you,” he continued.

Instead of being put off by this revelation, Brown gave Wyatt a rose.

“I value your honesty with me… it’s exactly what I’ve been asking for,” she said.

How does Brown really feel about Wyatt’s confession?

Brown already had a feeling that Wyatt came on the show to promote his music so she wasn’t as taken aback by his confession as some people might have been.

“When a guy walks in with a guitar, they’re notorious for… you’re always [suspicious] of something,” she told Entertainment Tonight at CMA Fest in Nashville, Tennessee. “But all I’ve wanted is someone to be honest and real with me, and he was that. And so, he did exactly what I asked for him to do. I admired that.”

In fact, after the one-on-one date, Brown said that Wyatt rose in her ranking of the men.

“I had a one-on-one with Jed yesterday and we had a great time,” she told the outlet after her date. “I also have really enjoyed Connor S., we’ve had some time together, and there’s a few other ones that are really up there too.”

“Those are two that I’ve had a lot more time with and really got to know their hearts, so I’m really excited about continuing on with them. And then there are a few other men here that I’m really interested to get to know more about and spend more time with.”

Since the show has been airing, Wyatt hasn’t posted much to his Instagram about his music, so maybe he really is allowing his career to take a back seat to love.
