Princess Beatrice and Chrissy Teigen Just Had The Sweetest Moment On Twitter –and We’re Obsessed – The Cheat Sheet

Like most of, Chrissy Teigen is obsessed with the British Royal Family, and she’s not afraid to say it. Luna and Miles’ mom is the queen of Twitter, and she loves to chat and throb barbs with everyone from ordinary folks, to celebrities, and even companies. However, even Teigen wasn’t expecting a tweet from a member of the British Royal Family.

Per usual, the supermodel/chef was musing about something on Twitter that actually had nothing to do with the royals –however, it caught the attention of Princess Beatrice who decided to tweet back at the Lip Sync Battle host. It was actually perfect.

“bea” is such an adorable name. someone name their kid bea please. I am not ready for another daughter and John says no more dogs. I will be their god parent

Inside Chrissy Teigen and Princess Beatrice’s adorable Twitter moment

Recently, Chrissy Teigen hopped on Twitter to chat about her delight and love for the name, “Bea.” She randomly tweeted, “bea is such an adorable name. someone name their kid bea please. I am not ready for another daughter and John says no more dogs. I will be their god parent.” Of course, because the Cravings author sits upon the Iron Throne of Twitter –fans barbed back and forth with her until Princess Beatrice herself chimed in with her own tweet to Teigen.

I would adore to be your god daughter

— Princess Beatrice of York (@yorkiebea) February 21, 2019

Princess Beatrice tweeted, “I would adore to be your god daughter.” Since the eldest Princess of York very rarely uses Twitter, this was an extra special treat, and quite frankly we don’t think Chrissy Teigen has recovered from it just yet. She simply responded by saying, “oh my god oh my god oh my god,” before she probably passed out.

Why are Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice allowed to use social media and other royals can’t?

Typically it’s frowned upon for members of the British Royal Family to use social media. This is why Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, Prince William, and Kate Middleton all have a joint IG account run by royal staffers. However, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice are allowed to have their own personal accounts.

Unlike their cousins –Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are not working royals with formal duties to carry out– so some royal rules including having private social media accounts are a bit more lax for them. As long as they keep a poised and polished image, lower status royals can do as they please. We’re sure Chrissy Teigen is delighted about that.

Does Meghan Markle have a secret Instagram account?

Meghan Markle did have a secret Instagram account at one point. Unfortunately, we can’t go looking for it now because the duchess deleted it just before the Christmas holiday in 2018. According to The Sun, even though Markle deleted her real Instagram account after getting engaged to Prince Harry in Nov. 2017, she couldn’t quite stay away from the social media platform. The Sun is reporting, “Since she shut down her public Instagram, she’d had a fake account to follow her friends.”

Unfortunately, even the secret account became too overwhelming for Markle who is in her final trimester of pregnancy with her first child, and she had to delete the IG page to protect her mental health.
