Joe Giudice has got some moves.
In a new Instagram video shared Wednesday by eldest daughter Gia Giudice, a shirtless Joe, 47, is seen practicing his martial arts skills while brother Pete coaches.
“We come back stronger than before❤️ the fights just starting?? zio pete your a great coach :),” 18-year-old Gia captioned the clip.
Joe, who returned to his native Italy last week after being released from ICE custody, also sported a noticeably smaller frame, appearing to make his MMA dreams a reality.
“He’s a trained martial artist,” an insider close to Joe previously told Page Six. “He wants to compete and he wants to compete now, in not martial arts, but mixed martial arts.”
The father of four, who is married to “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, has also slimmed down to 165 pounds. He is said to have began his 41-month prison sentence for fraud at 215 pounds.
“According to him, he’s been doing a lot of the exercises and a lot of the routines that he learned when he got his black belt,” the source shared. “He’s been eating right, exercising, staying in shape, getting his body right and he feels like, as far as his condition, he feels stronger than he did when he was in his 20s.”
Joe is currently awaiting a final decision in his deportation case.
